It has been my pleasure to assist individuals and families with their long term care planning needs for over 26 years. I began my path working as an ALTCS eligibility interviewer for AHCCCS and eventually became a training supervisor for that agency. Leaving AHCCCS brought me to a four-year experience at an Elder Law firm where I helped develop the ALTCS Planning Department and was the ALTCS representative for almost all of their customers. In 2001 I left that firm to begin my own venture as a small business owner.
Since 2001, as the owner of Montgomery & Associates, I have helped ALTCS customers with the spend down, qualification, and application processes for ALTCS (Arizona’s long term care Medicaid program) and have helped Veterans and widows of Veterans navigate the pension and aid & attendance claims process.
Certified as a CLDP since 2003, I enjoy preparing legal documents for those not represented by an attorney because everyone over 18 should have their legal documents in place.
