Our Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) assists individuals or families in getting their estate planning in order. This includes Powers of Attorney for Financial, Health Care, and Mental Health Care decisions, Trusts for asset protection and to prevent probate, Living Wills or Advanced Directives to specify end-of-life wishes, Last Will and Testaments to name guardians and express wishes regarding the distribution of assets upon death, and Deeds for real property (Warranty, Beneficiary, or Quit-Claim, etc.).

Medicare Insurance Evaluation and Education:

We assist individuals or family members in the education and evaluation of their Medicare Insurance coverage and benefits. We can evaluate your current Medicare Insurance plan to determine if you can save money on your prescriptions, doctor’s visits, or if there are additional benefits you have available under you plan. In addition, we can educate you on new plans in your area that may be offer special benefits because of a medical need or at no additional cost to you. We provide education and evaluation at no cost as we are paid should you choose to sign up with a new plan from the plan.
