Income-Only Trust
A Special Needs Trust used to help you income qualify for ALTCS when you are over the income limit.
Process
The Trust must be created, signed, and notarized. A bank account opened and funded in the trust's name. After, payments can be made (based on trust rules).
Funding
The trust must be funded with income (cash received that can be used to obtain food or shelter) either a check or directly deposited.
Approval

Continuing
As long as you are over the ALTCS income limit you will need an Income-Only Trust.
