Beneficiary Deed

A beneficiary deed allows Arizona property owners to name a beneficiary to receive their property and there by allow real property to pass to an heir without probate.

To be valid, a beneficiary deed must be notarized and recorded before the death(s) of the real property owner(s). In addition, any previous Beneficiary Deeds must be revoked.

Our firm also prepares Warranty, Quit-Claim, Disclaimer, and Affidavit of Surviving Beneficiary Deeds.

You can purchase a Deed from our office, here for $200.00. If you have already recorded a Beneficiary Deed with the county recorder, you will also need to purchase a revocation of a Beneficiary Deed from our office, here for $65.00.
