This package is for individuals who want to know they have the experience behind them to complete all the steps necessary to turn in a perfected Income-Only Trust package to ALTCS.
1. Income-Only Trust Document prepared by our Legal Document Preparer
2. Income-Only Trust Consultation and Signing Appointment (2 hour maximum)
3. Completion of all ALTCS (relating to the Income-Only Trust) forms, Direct Deposit/Debit forms, and providing completed forms to ALTCS
4. Trust Bank account set up with a personal banker
5. All documents in a binder to keep organized
$1,200.00 (includes printing, signing with our Notary, Income-Only Trust explanation appointment, and mailing)
This package can be picked up from our office or mailed directly to you. (Value: $15.00 included in cost of package)
