$600.00 (does not include printing, mailing, or signing of the Trust with a Notary)

Step 1: Complete the Income-Only Trust Questionnaire (located under “Step 1”) and hit submit. This questionnaire is needed to personalize the trust.

Step 2: Order the package here. After you purchase, we will contact you with any additional questions.

If you have any of the following questions, there is no charge to answer:

1. What comes with the package?
2. What does the package include?
3. When will I get the package?
4. Who prepares the package?, etc.

If you have any of the following questions, we charge $180.00 per hour (with a 15 minute minimum) to answer:

1. How does the Income-Only Trust help my loved one get qualified?
2. What do I need to do in order for the Income-Only Trust to help get my loved one qualified for ALTCS?
3. Is an Income-Only Trust the only thing I need for my loved one to get qualified?
4. Will you complete the entire ALTCS application for my loved one?, etc.

However, if you have any of the above questions, we recommend ordering our Premium Income-Only Trust Package and/or setting up an initial consultation.
